The shipping was just okay. It took longer than I expected, which was frustrating, but the package did eventually arrive in good condition. What bothered me more was that there wasn’t any follow-up or update while I was waiting, so I kind of felt left in the dark.

I bought a bracelet from Natkina it looked really when it arrived. But after maybe 3 weeks, the clasp started getting loose, and I wasn’t even wearing it every day, so that was frustrating.
For the price, I expected it to last a lot longer. When I tried to get some help, it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership of the issue, which made the whole thing even more disappointing. It’s delicate, but not in a good way. I wouldn’t buy again.

i mean, I mainly ordered the necklace from natkina.com because I wanted to see if the materials actually matched what they claimed. It feels solid in person, and the stone looks natural to me, not like cheap glass or plastic. The packaging was simple, but it was fine.

I ordered from Natkina and got the confirmation email quickly. Checkout was fine overall, not the smoothest experience, but it went through without any major issues.

I’m still waiting for proper shipping updates, so I can’t really judge the product yet. One thing that’s already annoying though is the aggressive reminders, like emails nudging me before I’ve even received anything. I got a diamond piece from Natkina and I have to say, the sparkle is really impressive. I picked these up for a little thing I was working on, and they’re really nice. The stones look clean, and the color is prettier in person than I expected. I haven’t done everything with them yet, but so far I’m happy with them.
